摘要 目的  探讨电视波纹摄影术在嗓音研究中应用的可行性。方法使用电视波纹摄影系统观察记录声 带振动。结果电视波纹图中可观压到声带振动的频率和幅度、声门周期间的开放和关闭相、开启相和闭拢相的移 动、声带上下缘的移位、粘膜波的播散、左右声带的开阔过程是否对称等重要信息。结论此技术适用于嗓音研究, 同样也适用于喉科临床。 Objective To investigate the feasibility of videokymography in the research of art voice. Methods A system for videokymography was used to record the vibration of vocal cords. Results From the diagram of videokymography, more information could be obtained by analyzing the details of the frequency and amplitude of vocal cord vibration, open and close phases of glottis cycle, transposition of opening and closing phases during the cycle, displacement of the upper and lower margin of vocal cords, spreding of the mucosal wave, and the symmetry in moving course of left-right cords. Conclusion This technique can well be used not only in art voice research, but also in the practice of laryngology.
