摘要
目的观察针刺治疗阴虚型围绝经期综合征的疗效。方法本研究采用随机对照的临床研究方法,观察针刺疗法治疗阴虚型围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。将阴虚型围绝经期综合征患者分为针刺组和更年安对照组,观察两组治疗前后的Kupperman指数,并进行疗效评价。结果针刺和更年安治疗均能改善阴虚型围绝经期综合征患者的临床症状,针刺组疗效优于更年安对照组。结论针刺治疗阴虚型围绝经期综合征疗效肯定。
Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture in the treatment of perimenopause syndrome due to yin asthenia. Methods This research adopted randomly controlled clinical studying method to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture in the treatment of perimenopause syndrome due to yin asthenia. The patients with perimenopause syndrome due to yin asthenia were divided into acupuncture group and geng nian an control group. Kupperman index of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and the effects were evaluated. Results Both acupuncture and geng nian an can improve the clinical symptoms of perimenopause syndrome due to yin asthenia. The effect of acupuncture group was superior to that of control group. Conclusion The effect of acupuncture in the treatment of perimenopause syndrome due to yin asthenia is positive.
