摘要
目的 对比观察耳穴贴压与针刺治疗女性更年期综合征的疗效。方法 86例患者随机分为耳穴贴压组和针刺组。根据改良的 Kupperman指数进行疗效对比观察。结果 两组疗效对比差异经统计学处理无显著性。结论 耳穴贴压与针刺疗法均能有效治疗女性更年期综合征 ,且耳穴贴压更具有操作简便 ,易于推广的优势。
Objective To observe and compare the therapeutic effects of treating female menopausal syndrome with aurichlar point pressing therapy and acupuncture. Methods 86 patients were randomly divided into auricular point pressing group and acupuncture group, the comparative observation was conducted according to a modified Kupperman index. Results Statistical analysis showed that there's no significant difference between the therapeutic effects of the two groups. Conclusion Auricular point pressing therapy and acupuncture were both effective in treating female menopausal syndrome, while auricular point pressing had the advantages of easy operation and acceptance.
