摘要
围绝经期综合征临床症状多样,中医药治疗本病有一定优势。文章从病因病机、辨证分型、中药、针灸及心理治疗等方面将近年来有关中医论治围绝经期综合征的研究及文献进行综述,并对中医药治疗本病的优势及中医分型无统一标准的情况进行讨论,提出今后研究思路与建议。
Perimenopausal Syndrome （PMS）has multiple clinical symptoms and TCM therapy has certain advantages. This article gives a systematic review on the etiology and pathogenesis, TCM syndrome differentiation, Chinese herbal medicine and aeupuncture-moxibustion and psychotherapy of PMS, outlines the merit of TCM therapy and debates on the problem of unified standards on TCM syndrome differentiation, and outs forward a orooosal to research aftertime.
