摘要
利用组合菌株共同处理海带下脚料,获得海带下脚料发酵液中的可溶性膳食纤维24.792g/L,不溶性膳食纤维6.6g/L,固形物含量达30g/L,羟基自由基清除率达到64.4%。通过组合菌株处理海带下脚料为海藻深加工提供了一种新途径。
Through co-cultivation with two kinds of domestic fungus, we can obtain kelp off-cuts fermentation broth, which contain soluble dietary fiber 24.792g/L, insoluble dietary fiber 6.6g/L, soluble solids 30 g/L and clearance rate of hydroxyl radical 64.4%. We get a new way to seaweed deep processing with different kinds of domestic fungus co-cultivation.
