摘要
为测定苔海绵Tedania sp.多糖及其中硫酸根含量,分别用水提和酸提法制备粗多糖,用苯酚-硫酸法显色,测定多糖含量,并用硫酸钡比浊法对其中的硫酸根含量进行了测定。测得水提和酸提粗多糖中总糖含量分别为16.79%,20.55%;硫酸根含量分别为24.02%,27.02%。结果说明酸提法得到的粗多糖含量及其中硫酸根的含量大于水提法。
To determine the contents of polysaccharides and sulfate radical in raw polysaccharides from the marine sponge Tedania sp. , raw polysaccharides were extracted with hot water and diluted HCl respectively.The content of total polysaccharides was determined by the method of phenol-sulphuric acid using glucose as a standard. And the content of sulfate radical in the raw polysaccharides was determined by the method of BaSO^2- turbidimetry. The total polysaccharides contents of the two extractions are 16. 79% and 20.55% respectively, and sulfate radical, 24.02% and 27.02%. The results show that the content of polysaccharides and sulfate radical of raw polysaccharides extracted with diluted HCl were higher than those with hot water.
