摘要
银杏叶经水提、醇沉等得到银杏叶多糖(LGBP)。将LGBPH Sephadex G100层析柱,分离得到LGBP-A和LGBP-B两种多糖,经电泳与凝胶柱柱层析鉴定均为单一多糖。平均分子量分别为11×10^4和2×10^4。经纸层析与高效液相色谱证实其单糖组成分别是:LGBP-A:D-葡萄糖,L-鼠李糖、D-木糖;LGBP-B:D-葡萄糖。
The Polysaccharide from the leave of Ginkgu bitoba L (LGBP) was obtained by extracting and precipitating. LGBP-A and LGBP-B were isolated by Sephadex G100 gel filtration, which were determined to be chemically homogeneous by means of electrophoresis and gel column chromatogra-phy. The average MW was found separately to be 110 000 and 20 000. The chemical composition was separately LGBP-A; D-glucose, L-rhamnose,D-xylose; LGBP-B: D-glucose by means of high performance liquid chromatogrophy and paper chromatogrophy.
