摘要
政府采购是对高校图书馆文献建设的一种新的政策规制。本文从构成图书馆主要活动及核心价值链的操作流程、保障主要活动顺利开展的辅助流程以及从宏观上指导图书馆运作的管理流程3个方面,探讨了政府采购对高校图书馆业务流程产生的影响。
Government procurement is a new policy and rule in university library collection construction. This paper discusses the impact of government procurement on university library' s operational process from 3 aspects, that is, the operational process which constitutes the library' s main services and core value chains, the assistant process which guarantees the smooth development of the main services, and the management process which guides the operation of the library.
