摘要
近年来医患关系紧张成了一个社会热点问题。医生在执业过程中,可能受到一些内在心理因素的影响。通过对医生的执业特点及其引发的心理变化进行分析,包括工作压力、职业倦怠、风险、收入、伦理、信心等,试图寻找引起医患关系紧张的医生内在思想问题。通过这些问题的解决以期达到改善医患关系,增进卫生事业发展的目的。
In recent years, physician - patient relationship has becoming very nervous in our country. It becomes a social heated topic. A doctor＇s management of a patient might be influenced by perverse incentives. We try to find out the real motivation of doctors by analyzing their professional characters which can conduce to the doctor＇s special psychology. This includes aspects such as compressive stress, professional ennui, risk, income, ethics, and the seine of confidence. The reformed relationship between the doctor and patient will promote healing. Only in this way can we probably improve the physician- patient relationship. It is resolving this issues that contributes to better our country health care.
