摘要
阐述了发展循环经济的重要性和建立循环经济指标体系的必要性。提出借鉴国外有关社会发展的指标体系中的评价指标,用AHP对这些指标进行优化选择,从中选择符合我国循环经济评价准则的指标,最终建立起适合我国的循环经济评价体系。
This article defines the importance of developing circular economy and the necessity of building up circular economy system.It suggests that we should learn from the experience of overseas evaluation index in the index system of social development, and chose the best one that corresponds to our country＇s demand of circular economy.Finally we will set up a circular economy evaluation index that,suits our country very well.
