摘要
在借鉴已有研究成果基础上,尝试建立一套涵盖18个指标的城市循环经济指标体系。利用原始的统计数据,运用因子分析方法对2006年和2007年的河北省11个城市的循环经济发展水平进行了实证评价。结果显示,2006年和2007年中,秦皇岛市循环经济在各方面发展较为均衡;因子得分有4项在0分以下的沧州市、衡水市等城市的循环经济发展有待提高。总体上,2007年河北省的城市循环经济发展水平比2006年有所提高。
Based on existing research results, trying to establish a system of the city circular economy indicators covering 18 indicators. Using raw statistical data, using factor analysis method in 2006 and 2007, the the level of circular economic development of 11 cities in Hebei province was evaluated by empirical research. The results showed that, in 2006 and 2007, the development of Qinhuangdao city circular economy in all aspects of was more balanced, the development of circular economic of the city which had four factor scores less 0 points, for exzample Cangzhou, Hengshui and so on, need to be improved. Overall, the level of Hebei province circular economic development level in 2007 had increased more than in 2006.
