摘要
福利经济学不是就某个公平的实现规则作出公平和效率的评价 ,而是提出了对公平和效率的评价准则 ,即资源配置和收入分配 ,只要在使一部分人境况变好时 ,不使其他人的境况变坏 ,就是公平而有效率的。福利经济学的公平效率观对确立社会主义市场经济的公平效率观有重要的现实意义和参考价值。
The welfare economics is not to valuate the equality and efficiency of some realization regulations, but to stipulate the valuation criterion of equality and efficiency, which refer to the fact that some people get well-off not on the expense of some others. The principle of equality and efficiency plays an important role of reference in establishing the equality and efficiency principle for the talents of socialist market economy.
