摘要
人本主义心理学家卡尔.罗杰斯关于创造性的观点独树一帜,认为创造性是自我实现的人的本真表现,培养创造性的过程就是人的和谐成长过程;对经验保持开放、内源性评价、把握基本要素和概念的能力是创造性的内在条件,而心理安全和心理自由则是培养创造性的基本土壤;在教学上必须树立学生自我主动学习观,建立教师和学生之间的真诚真实、尊重理解的助益性态度关系。
Carl R Rogers is humanistic psychologist, whose view is the best about creativeness. It is true features that the course of developing creativeness is course of harmonious growth, the ability of keeping open up, autogenous valuation, master basic elements and idea for experience are inner conditions of creativeness, but mental safety and mental freedom are basic soil of developing creativeness. We must establish self-initiative idea of students studying in teaching, set up relationship with the utmost sincerity and cordiality between students and teachers.
