摘要
校园暴力古今中外早已有之,但随着现代社会的信息化、网络化,更多细节被曝光,校园暴力也有了新的形式。改革开放后,随着社会经济的转型,社会思想观念剧烈波动,中国青年亚文化的形成开始受到西方文化的影响,殴打、勒索、恐吓等元素在青年群体中有着愈演愈烈的趋势。针对校园暴力呈现的新特点,结合校园暴力频发的原因及其在法律上的思考,我们可以从政府、学校和家庭三个层面采取措施对我国校园暴力进行综合治理。
School violence is not a new phenomenon in China in recent years. It is very common both at home and aboard from ancient times till today. As we turn into information and network society,more details have been exposed,and school violence has new forms. After the reform and opening up,with the transformation of socioeconomic,concepts for people renew day by day. Youth subculture in China started to be influenced by western culture. Fight,extortion,intimidation and other elements in the youth groups have intensified trend. Taking into account the new characteristics of school violence,the reasons of the frequent campus violence in our country and some legal thinking to the problem,we should take measures from three aspects,the government,school and family,to comprehensively control the school violence in our country.
