1,6—二磷酸果糖营养液对小鼠肾脏、心肌、骨骼肌组织及其血清自由基代谢的影响 被引量:14

Effects of FDP Nutrition Fluid on the Free Radical Metabolism in Kidneys,Heart Muscles,Skeletal Muscles and Serum of Mice

摘要 对48只昆明种雄性小鼠连续灌服1,6—二磷酸果糖(FDP)营养液后,小鼠游泳运动能力明显提高;小鼠肾脏组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、骨骼肌SOD含量明显提高,它可作为自由基清除剂有效地减轻运动对肾脏和骨骼肌的影响;而小鼠心肌组织丙二醛(MDA)含量下降,SOD含量上升,说明FDP对提高心肌组织抗氧化能力的水平有良好的作用。另外FDP对小鼠细胞膜有护膜的作用,可减少组织酶和其它物质的外泄。 48 male mice of Kun Ming strain had been ingested FDP nutrition fluid for one month. Compared with the control group,their capacity in swimming improved remarkably. The SOD contents in kidneys,heart muscles and skeletal muscles increased significantly. SOD can be used as the clearance agent offree radical to decrease the innuence of exercises on the kidney and the skeletal muscles. The decrease ofMDA and the increase of SOD in heart muscles of mice indicate that FDP plays a good role in improvingthe anti-oxidation ability of this tissue. Besides,FDP has the function of keeping the cell membranes ofmice in good condition and decreases the escape of enzyme and other substances from the cell.
