黄芪多糖对2型糖尿病大鼠骨骼肌组织GLUT4表达的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨研究黄芪多糖(APS)对2型糖尿病大鼠的作用及对骨骼肌组织GLUT4表达的影响。方法SD大鼠随机分为:正常对照组、黄芪多糖对照组(APS组)、2型糖尿病组(TIIDM组)和2型糖尿病黄芪多糖治疗组(TIIDM+APS组),5周后测血糖、血清胰岛素和GLUT4的水平。结果TIIDM组和TIIDM+APS组血糖均高于对照组(P<0.01),TI-IDM+APS组血糖低于TIIDM组(P<0.01);各组间血胰岛素水平差别无显著性(P>0.05);TIIDM组骨骼肌组织GLUT4的表达低于对照组和TIIDM+APS组(P<0.01)。结论APS可降低TIIDM大鼠血糖水平,其机制与提高糖尿病大鼠骨骼肌中GLUT4表达有关。 Objective To investigate the effect of Astragalus polysoccharide(APS)on expression of GLUT4 in the skeletal muscle tissue of TIIDM rats. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into four groups : normal control group, normal control plus astragalus polysoccharide group( APS group), TIIDM model group( TII DM group), diabetic model plus astragalus polysoccharide therapy group(TII DM + APS group). The expression of GLUT4 were detected. Results The levels of blood glucose of rats in TIIDM group and TII DM + APS group were significantly higher than those in control group and control + APS group ( P 〈 0.01 ), and the level of blood glucose in TIIDM + APS group was significantly lower than that in TIIDM group ( P 〈 0.01 ), levels of insulin were not significandy different among these groups(P 〉 0.05). Expressions of GLUT4 in the skeletal muscle tissues of rats in TIIDM group was significantly lower than those in both control group, control + APS group and TIIDM + APS group. Conclusion APS can decrease the levels of blood glucose in type Ⅱ diabetic rats, and its mechanisms might be closely related to the elevation of the level of GLUT4 in the skeletal muscle tissues of rats.
