摘要
本文用胶体铁(CI)染色,光镜水平观察游泳负荷后SD鼠(N=28)肾组织形态和肾小球毛细血管壁(GCW)的CI染色强度的变化,分析、探讨游泳负荷1小时后GCW固定负电荷的丢失规律。结果发现GCW固定负电荷在游泳负荷后大量丢失,并同时发现GCW固定负电荷的丢失主要发生在游泳后16小时,而不是在以往人们一般认为的运动期,其变化过程符合缺血/再灌注损伤的基本规律。
By observing renal tissue morphology and colloidal iron staining intensity on glomerular capillary wall (GCW) of Sprague-Dawley rats (N=28) with light microscopy, this paper analysed and discussed the rule that negative charge on GCW would lose after 1 hour loaded swimming. Results showed that fixed negative charge on GCW lost massively after loaded swimming, and the loss usually occurred 16 hours after swimming, not immediately after exercise as people commonly considered. The alteration process obeys the general rule of ischemia/reperfusion injury.
