摘要
在织造和染整加工过程中,织物沿纵向连续运动,因此织物的动态性能比较复杂。在高速运动时,织物的振动不仅对其本身的加工质量而且对整个机械系统都会产生较大的影响。这里对纵向运动织物的自由振动进行了理论分析,给出了其固有频率的计算公式,并对第一阶固有频率的几个影响参数进行了讨论。
Fabric moves continuously along machine direction during weaving, dyeing and finishing processes. Its dynamic behaviour is very complex during processing. While running at high speed, the fabric vibrates, which has great influence not only on the performance of machine, but also on the fabric itself. Analysis for transverse free vibration of an longitudinally moving fabric is put forward in the paper, with the calculating formula for natural frequencies of fabric being introduced. Meanwhile the effects of several paremeters on the first order natural frequence are also discussed.
