摘要
在现有泊松比测量理论的基础上,针对多功能布的特性,采用改装后的CCD技术对多功能布及其组成材料进行单轴拉伸实验和泊松比的测量与分析计算.结果表明:多功能布及其组成材料涤纶布、铁磁基聚酯膜、镀铝聚酯膜呈现明显的弹性,其弹性模量/泊松比分别为0.630GPa/0.465,1.144GPa/0.423,0.659GPa/0.357和0.831GPa/0.360.此方法对该类材料泊松比的测定有较好的效果,对相关材料泊松比的测量有一定的借鉴意义.
Based on the theorectical consideration in measurement of Poisson's ratio and the characteristics of the multi-function cloth,modified CCD technology was adopted for measuring and calculating Poisson's ratio of multi-function cloth and its components.The results show that multi-function cloth,Dacron cloth,ferromagnetbased polyester film and Aluminum polyester film show apparent flexibility and their elastic modulus/Poisson's ratios are 0.630GPa/0.465,1.144GPa/0.423,0.659 GPa/0.357 and 0.831 GPa/0.360,respectively.This method can be used to measure the Poisson's ratio of homologous materials.
