摘要
在织造和染整加工过程中,织物沿纵向连续运动,因此织物的动态性能比较复杂。在高速运动时,织物的振动不仅对其本身的加工质量有影响,而且对整个机械都会产生较大的影响。对纵向运动织物的动力学特性进行分析研究,首先运用D′Alembert原理建立其动力学模型,然后分别对纵向运动织物的自由振动和受迫振动进行理论分析,给出固有频率和避免产生共振的临界速度的计算公式,分析织物的基本振型以及布面的振动形态,最后给出了研究结论,所得结果对指导生产具有现实意义。
The dynamic behavior of the fabric is rather complex when it moves in machine direction during weaving, dyeing or finishing. While running at high speed, the fabric vibrates, Which has great influence on the fabric itself and on the performance of machine. Therefore, the dynamics characteristics of the fabric moving in machine direction are investigated. Firstly, the principle of D' Alembert is used to develop its dynamics model and then theoretical analysis is conducted of both the free and forced vibrations of the fabric moving in machine direction. Secondly, a formula is introduced for calculating the natural frequencies and critical velocity of the fabric for prevention of shapes of fabric are also analyzed.
