纺织机械变质量转子在不同支承下非线性自由振动研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文研究了具有定常转速的纺织机械变质量转子在不同支承下的非线性自由振动问题。该转子由一根无质量转轴和一个变质量圆盘组成。分别用多尺度方法和 Runge-Kutta 方法求出了转子自由振动的解析解和数值解。对支承有阻尼和无阻尼两种情况作了比较。研究结果表明:1.增质量转子的无阻尼自由振动的振幅随时间的增加而增大;2.减质量转子的无阻尼自由振动的振幅随时间的增加而减小;3.无阻尼增质量转子的静平衡点是不稳定的;4.滑动轴承对变质量转子的自由振动振幅有明显的抑制作用,其阻尼有助于转子的稳定。 This article is on free vibration in mass-variable rotor of textile machine at constant velocity. With a sliding bearing as its support,the rotor consists of a mass-free axle and a mass-variable round plate.The analytic and arithmatic solutions of its free vibration are got by means of multi-scale and Rung-Kutha methods.Conditions of the support with and without damp are compared.As results:1. the amplitude of damp-free vibration of a mass-incremental rotor grows as time goes;2.the amplitude of damp-free vibration of a mass-decremental rotor diminishes as time goes;3.with no initial distur- bance,no free vibration of mass-variable rotor happens;4.the sliding bearing plays an obvious in- hibitory effect on amplitude of the free vibration of mass-variable rotor.
