摘要
应用参附注射液和柴胡注射液在小鼠急性心肌缺血的模型上,观察小鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的变化,及心肌组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果表明:缺血组与给药组相比,血清中SOD活性下降(P<0.05)。心肌组织中MDA含量明显增高(P<0.01)。提示这两种制剂联合应用具有抗脂质过氧化作用。
Shen Fu injection with Chai Hu injection were used on the experimental myocardial ischemia model that induced by subcutaneous injection of isoprotcrenol (ISO) into mice. The change of MDA contents and SOD activation in the mice was investigated. The results showed that MDA contents were decreased and SOD activation were maintained in Shen Fu with Chai Hu groups as compare with ISO group. The result indicated that Shen Fu and Chai Hu injection had anti-Lipid peroxidation.
