摘要
目的 :探讨青藤碱凝胶的制备及质量控制标准。方法 :以卡波姆为辅料制备青藤碱凝胶剂 ,采用薄层色谱法及紫外分光光度法鉴别青藤碱 ;用反相高效液相色谱法测定凝胶中青藤碱的含量。结果 :处方设计合理 ,制备方法简便 ,方法平均回收率为(99 6±1 3) %。结论 :本方法操作简便、快速 ,检测结果准确 ,可作为青藤碱凝胶的制备和质量控制方法。
OBJECTIVE:To develop a preparation and quality control method for sinomenine gel.METHODS:Sinomenine gel was prepared with carpol971as base.TLC and UV were employed for identification of sinomenine.Sinomenine was deterˉmined by RP-HPLC.RESULTS:The TLC identification was highly specific and the spots were clear.Recovery was99.6%±1.3%.CONCLUSION:This paper provides a rapid,convenient and accurate method which is suitable for preparation and quality control for sinomenine gel.
