摘要
目的观察不同频率电针在治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效、改善疼痛等方面的差别。方法运用10 Hz、100 Hz电针各治疗30例腰椎间盘突出症并比较疗效。结果治疗后2组病人疼痛程度均有较好的改善,自身前后对照均有显著性意义;2组间疼痛程度改善比较有显著差异P<0.05。结论10 Hz低频电针组疼痛程度改善优于100 Hz高频电针组。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of electrical acupuncture at different frequencies in the treatment of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc. METHOD Electrical acupuncture at the frequencies of 10 Hz and 100 Hz was given to 30 patients. RESULT After treatment, the patients in both groups had improvement in pain, with marked difference in the severity of pain （ P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION Low frequency at 10 Hz is more effective than high frequency at 1130 Hz in relieving pain.
