摘要
本文介绍了有关影响电针镇痛因素的实验研究概况。多数资料表明,电针刺激的强度、频率以及所选择的穴位和时辰不同可产生不同的镇痛作用;不同参数电针刺激的镇痛效应有不同的神经生理和神经生物化学机制。
In the present paper,an outline of experimental studies on the factors effecting elec-troacupuncture analgesia is reviewed.Most of the results indicate that electroacuncture stimulation atdifferent intensities,frequencies,acupoints and hours produces different analgesic effects;elec-troacupuncture at different parameters induces different analgesia by different neurophydiologic andneurobiochemical mechanism.
