摘要
电针疗法具有操作简便、节省人力、使用安全和提高针麻效果等优点，在临床上应用日益普遍。电针镇痛作用是针刺麻醉的基础，不同的电针参数例如波形、频率、强度和时间能影响镇痛效果。本文综述近年来这方面的进展，认为要想取得较好的镇痛效果，应选择疏密波或连续波，刺激初选用高频，刺激一段时间后转为低频，强度应根据患者的体质及病情需要而定，时间一般为20～40min。
In the present paper, the authors reviewed progress of researches on the influence of stimulating parameters of electroacupuncture on acupuncture analgesia from wave forms, frequency, intensity, duration of stimulation. Electroacupuncture anesthesia has advantages of easier operation, lighter work load, higher safety and better outcomes. The analgesic effect of electroacupuncture is the foundation of acupuncture anesthesia, and standardized, generally acknowledged and more effective stimulating parameters should be researched further.
