摘要
目的:通过对门急诊输液患者进行分类管理,观察其对改进输液区巡视和护理工作质量的效果。方法:将输液患者按病情和用药等情况的不同以红、黄、绿三种颜色的输液卡进行分类,并施以相应不同的巡视和护理措施,观察以上方法的效果。结果:对输液患者的分类管理,有效地促进了输液巡视的目的和交接班的重要性,提高了护士对特殊用药、特殊治疗及特殊人群、特殊病情等的主动观察能力与管理,并且加强了护患联系,有效提高了患者满意度。结论:对输液患者进行分类管理的办法是有效可行的,护理全面质量管理活动(total quality control,以下简称QC活动)应该提倡。
Objective：Through carries on the classified management to the gate emergency medical treatment infusion patient, observes it to improve the infusion area to patrol and to nurse the work quality the effect. Methods：Will infuse the patient according to situation and so on condition and with medicine by is differently red, yellow, the green three kind of colors infusion card carries on the classification, and serves with corresponding different patrols and nurses the measure, observes above method the effect. Results：To the infusion patient＇ s classified management, effectively promoted the goal and the shift relief importance which the infusion patrols, enhanced the nurse to the special use medicine, the specific treatment and the special crowd, the special condition and so on the initiative observation ability and the management, and strengthened has protected the trouble relation, effectively enhanced the patient degree of satisfaction. Conclusion：Carries on the classified management to the infusion patient the means is effective feasible, nurses the Total Quality Management activity to be supposed to advocate.
