摘要
安全是人的最基本的需求之一，３０余年的临床护理实践中就如何确保安全护理，谈５点浅见：（１）安全护理是护理道德的体现，护士慎独修养尤为重要。（２）审慎负责，严格执行操作规程是安全护理的关键。（３）广博扎实的专业知识指导护理实践，超前反馈，防患于未然，使不安全因素消灭在萌芽之中。（４）病情观察是确保安全护理的重要措施。（５）强化安全护理教育，认真传、帮、带，防止护生出差错。笔者认为安全护理就是要防患于未然。提高护理质量，首先要树立“安全第一”的思想，严防差错事故发生。因此，安全护理是值得重视和研究的课题。
Safety is one of the most basic requirements of human.The author talked about five
points of views on how to ensure the safe nursing according to her thirty_year experience in
clinical nursing practice.(1)The safe nursing reflect morality of nursing,therefore,the most
important thing is the culture training of the nurses.(2)The key of safe nursing is
prudence,responsibility and the strict performance of operation procedure.(3)Wide and sound
knowledge on nursing direct the nursing practice.Feedback and prevention in advance can
eliminate the unsafe factors in germination.(4)The important method to ensure safe nursing is
observation of disease situation and course.(5)Intensification of safe nursing means to prevent.
In order to raise the nursing quality,the first thing is to establish the idea that “safety is the
first”,and prevent the emergence of mistakes and accidence.Thus,safe nursing is a subject
worthy of paying attention to and study on.
