通过对虚拟示波万用表系统的软件设计过程的描述，介绍了应用VB技术开发小型虚拟仪器系统的软件设计方法。
In this paper we described the software design process of fictitious compound meter and the software design method of small-scale fictitious instrument system which based on VXI bus.
