摘要
知识经济时代,面对日趋激烈的同行业外部市场竞争,由企业内部知识共享所带来的经济价值的增长将逐渐成为了企业寻找的新的利润增长点。知知识共享是知识管理的重点,也是知识管理的难点。根据企业的实际,选择合适的知识共享模式,是企业知识管理实践迫切需要解决的问题。本文从产业集群合作创新为背景,首先分析了知识共享的涵义、过程和障碍,然后提出了构建螺旋型知识共享模式。
In the era of knowledge economy, in the face of the increasingly fierce external market competition in the same trade, the growth of economic value caused by the knowledge sharing in the enterprise will gradually become a new growth point of profit. Knowledge sharing is the focus of knowledge management, and is the difficult piont of knowledge management. According to the reality of the enterprise, it is the urgent problem for the knowledge management practice to select the appropriate mode of knowledge sharing. Taking the cooperative innovation of industrial cluster as the background, this paper first analyzes the meaning, process and obstacles of knowledge sharing, and then proposes to build the model of spiral knowledge sharing.
