摘要
隐性知识成为形成企业知识资产及竞争优势的源动力 ,也是知识管理重要内容。本文从 OECD的知识划分入手 ,阐述了隐性知识的涵义、进行隐性知识开发利用的可能性 ,从员工和隐性知识两个角度总结了隐性知识开发利用的模式 。
The recessive knowledge is the original power of enterprises' knowledge asset and competitive advantage and is the main content of knowledge management.Beginning with OECD knowledge dividing,the paper states the meaning recessive knowledge and possibility of developing it,then generalizes the using mode from staff and recessive knowledge,and points out the means and methods to develop and use it and five conditions to realize it.
