苦荞发芽过程中促进黄酮合成的因素初探

摘要 研究苦荞发芽过程中黄酮类化合物的变化规律。苦荞发芽过程中通过改变温度、光照等条件和喷洒乙烯利处理,能够明显刺激次级代谢产物黄酮的生成和提高苯丙氨酸氨解酶(PAL)活性,PAL活性与黄酮含量变化基本上是相符的,PAL活性升高,黄酮合成量也增加。 Changes of flavonoids in tartary buckwheat during germination was studied in this paper. The production of flavonoids could be stimulated during germination by changing the environmental conditions, such as temperature, illumination, and ethylene treatment, The activity of phenylalanine ammon lyase ( PAL ) also increased by the treatments, The results showed that the activity of PAL was in accordance with the content of flavonoids, that is, with the increase of PAL activity, the synthesis of flavonoids was also improved.
