摘要
在外科见习中引入建构主义理论,以学生为中心进行教学设计,在教学过程中应用问题解决法,注意构建互动与合作的教学氛围,提供各种补充素材。通过多个环节的努力,使教学过程更符合学生掌握临床知识的客观规律,可以收到更好的教学效果。
The theory of Constructivism was applied in different aspects of clinical teaching of surgery. The lessons were designed according to the character of students. Problem solving was emphasized during the course of teaching. An interactive and cooperative atmosphere was constructed. And a variety of additional related materials were provided. All these measures made the teaching activity more accord with the objective rule of clinical knowledge learning. Hence a better teaching effect was achieved.
