摘要
健康观念和医学模式的转变决定了护生应具备人文素质。从人文护理的内涵出发,针对护理教育中存在的重视不够,教学理念、评价体系欠缺等问题提出要构建多层次立体课程体系和侧重人文教育的考评机制,重点是营造良好氛围,开展多种多样的情境教学,加强人文教育渗透,核心是构建护理人文教育培养方案。
With the shift of the concepts of health and medical mode nursing students should possess humanistic qualities. In this paper, in the view of the connotation of humanities nursing, it was suggested to construct multi-level courses and focus on the evaluation mechanism, of humane education, which were aimed at the exist problem for nursing education, such as insufficient attention, the shortcoming of teaching philosophy and evaluation system. The key point was to create a good atmosphere, develop a wide range of situational teaching and strengthen the infiltration of humanities education. The core task was to develop the education plan of humanistic nursing for nursing specialty.
