摘要
以大黄塑造大鼠脾虚证模型，采用细胞线粒体结构与功能改变为观察指标，选用治疗脾虚证的经典方四君子汤作为对照，对民间常用中草药方剂健脾散治疗脾虚证的作用机理进行研究，结果表明：健脾散治疗脾虚证的主要机理与四君子汤相似，是促进脾虚证大鼠胃底腺壁细胞和十二指肠粘膜吸收细胞的线粒体功能的恢复，从而使脾虚症状消失。
Comparing with the famous effective prescription of invigorating the spleen---'Si Jun Zi Tang', researched the therapeutic mechanism of spleen-asthenia syndrome treated by the folk prescription ---the powder of enlivening spleen. The observation paramenters were the variation mitochondrion structure and function of the laboratory spleen-asthenia syndrome rats made by rhubara(root).The result shown :the therapeutic mechanism of the powder of enlivening spleen and 'Si Jun Zi Tang' were similar.Both they can made the symptoms disappear through returning the function of the fundic grand cells and duodenal mycoderma absorption cells to normal.
