通过大量的实际工作试验分析找出影响机组真空较大的凝汽器大空气管在凝汽器内部漏泄点查找出来,问题解决后,机组真空度提高1%,每年可以节约280万元,这个问题的查出对其它汽轮机组具有指导意义。
Through a lot of works, through experiment and analyse, the main reason of effect turbine＇ s vacuum is finded out. the big air pipe has some leaks in inside of condenser of the turbine, vacuum of condenser rising 1% and 2800000 yuan is saved every year at defet is removed, this question is finded out has directive senee for other turbines.
