摘要 大型汽轮发电机组一个多支撑结构,轴系中任一轴承标高的变化都将影响所有轴承的载荷分配,因此研究轴系标高测试技术,提供准确的轴系标高调整数据,对机组稳定运行十分重要。介绍了基于连通管和涡流传感器原理的轴系标高测试系统,该系统可同时测量机组多个轴承标高值随运行工况的变化情况,叙述了其工作原理、硬件和软件设计,分析了系统的几个关键技术,并给出了性能测试数据及应用实例。结果表明:系统能长期连续在线监测大型汽轮机组轴系标高变化,测试数据稳定、可靠,既可作为监控系统长期连续运行,也可用于现场标高试验。 A large-sized turbo-generator unit represents a muhiple supporting structure, in which any change in the elevation of a bearing in the shafting will affect the load distribution over all the bearings. Therefore, to study the measurement technology and supply the adjustment data of shafting elevation is of the utmost importance for the stable operation of the unit. The measurement system of shafting elevation based on the vessel and eddy sensor is introduced. It can detect simultaneously the changes of several bearing elevation of the unit with working condition. Its operational principle and design of hardware and software are presented. Some key techniques are analyzed, and the performance test data and an example of application are given. The results indicate that the system can on-line continuously measure the changes of shafting elevation and the test data is stable and reliable. The system not only can service as monitor long term continually running, but 'also can service as elevation experiment in the field.
