摘要
现有研究中,安排检修计划通常只考虑可靠性和经济性,而没有考虑计划的公平性,在市场环境下不易为发电厂商接受。据此提出了市场环境下衡量各发电公司因机组检修停运而带来的机会成本指标——单位容量机会成本(OCPC)。以此为基础讨论了评估检修计划合理性的几个方面:用等备用法保证系统可靠性;用各公司OCPC均值描述总体经济性;用OCPC标准差描述公平性;然后利用线性加权法综合考虑计划的经济性和公平性。依据上述思想,提出相应的发电机组检修模型,并采用启发式算法求解。最后用一个简单的算例说明了该方法的有效性和可行性。
In current research on unit maintenance schedule, the focused problems are reliability and economic. The equity problem always has been neglected. In market environment, such schedules will be dubitable for the generating companies. A new index——opportunity cost per capacity (OCPC) is proposed, which is used to evaluate the economic loss caused by unit maintenance. Besides reliability would be guaranteed by equivalent reserve capacity method, the economic index could be valued by mean value of OCPC, and the equity will be evaluated by the standard deviation of OCPC. Then integrated evaluation on economic and equity status can be calculated by the linear-weighted function. Based on these improvements, a new model for unit maintenance schedule is presented, and then the heuristic method is employed to solve this model. Finally, an example system is employed to illustrate the validity and feasibility of the method proposed.
