Optimization of Distribution Network Maintenance Scheduling Based on Fuzzy Chance-Constrained Bi-Level Programming

摘要 建立了配电网检修计划优化的模糊机会约束二层规划模型。与传统模型相比,该模型考虑了配电网检修计划优化问题(DMSOP)涉及的不确定因素,并引入可信性理论来描述和处理检修计划优化过程中检修资源、负荷预测以及支路潮流上限等模糊性因素。采用模糊函数描述检修总成本,该函数计及了检修费用和各时段负荷转移情况。提出基于模糊模拟的混合智能优化方法求解模型,IEEE-RBTS测试系统的计算结果表明模型和方法是有效的,并可以得到强鲁棒性的配电网检修计划方案。 A mathematical model which is based on fuzzy chance-constrained bi-level programming is presented in this paper. Comparing with traditional models, this model characterizes as the uncertain elements analysis in distribution network maintenance scheduling optimization problem (DMSOP). Credibility theory is adopted to describe those uncertainties such as maintenance resource, load forecast and upper bound of power flow in the process of maintenance scheduling optimization. At the same time, the fuzzy function, which takes into consideration of maintenance expense and the load transfer during different time period, is applied to describe the total maintenance cost. Additionally, the hybrid intelligent algorithm based on fuzzy simulation is put forward to solve this model. At last, an IEEE-RBTS computation example is attached to illustrate the efficiency of the model and the algorithm, from which a robust distribution network maintenance scheduling schemes can be derived.
