摘要
目前,大部分并网运行的600 MW火力发电机组已进入或接近A级检修周期,面临设备大修的问题。对600 MW火力发电机组在运行、检修中发现的一些如发电机绝缘引水管缺陷、发电机引线烧毁等共性问题进行了分析、探讨,并提出了相应的解决措施,希望有助于提高600 MW机组的检修质量和其制造、运行管理水平。
Up to now,most of the 600 MW thermal generator units under operation in China have entered or are approaching the period of class A maintenance,needing general overhaul.The paper makes an analysis of some common problems encountered in operation and maintenance of 600 MW thermal generator units,such as defects of insulated water pipes of generators,burning of generator lead wires,and proposes some relevant measures,which is expected to be helpful for upgrading the overhaul quality,and the manufacture level as well as the operation management levels of 600 MW thermal generator units.
