摘要
在持续20多年的经济转型中,许多国家的转型遇到了困难甚至招致失败,但是中国等少数国家的转型获得了成功。经过对比可以发现,中国的转型初始条件在长期转型过程中出现了变与不变的情况。由于各种理由,目前中国经济需要由转型转变为定型,定型为市场经济中的开发型国家模式。
Since the transition from the planning-oriental to market-oriental economy in more than twenty years, many states have been in trouble and failure, while China and other few states have achieved a great success. To be surprised some initial conditions in China have been changed but others not in the long process of transition. For various reasons, the feature of China's economy needs to be clearly defined as the developmental state in market-oriental economy.
