摘要
目的：建立益肾舒胶囊的质量标准。方法：采用TLC法对益肾舒胶囊中的丹参、补骨脂进行定性鉴别；运用HPLC法测定何首乌中2，3，5，4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O—β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量。结果：在4．136～24．68beg范围内2，3，5，4’-四羟基二苯乙烯2—0-β-D-葡萄糖苷峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系．r=0．9997；样品加样回收率为98．80％，RSD为1．82％。结论：方法简便快速、结果准确，可有效控制益肾舒胶囊的质量。
Objective： To develop effective methods for Yishenshu Capsules. Methods： TLC was performed to identify Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Fructus Psoraleae in Yishenshu Capsules. The 2, 3, 5,4＇-tetrahydroxy stibene-2-O-β-D Glucoside of Polygonum Multiflorum was determined by HPLC. Results： The standard curve of 2, 3, 5,4＇-tetrahydroxy stibene-2-O-β-D Glucoside by HPLC was linear in the range of 4. 936μg/ml- 24. 880btg/ml,r = 0. 9997. The average recovery of tetrahydroxy stibene Glucoside was 99.80% ,and RSD was 1.72%. Conclusion ：The methods are simple ,sensitive and accurate. These studies provided the scientific base for quality control of Yishenshu Capsules.
