摘要
目的 采用高效液相色谱法测定舒冠颗粒中二苯乙烯苷的含量。方法 十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱（Alltima 5μm,4．6mm×250mm）；流动相：甲醇-水（32：68），检测波长320nm。结果 二苯乙烯苷进样量在0．165～1．650μg范围内线性关系良好r=0．9999（n=6），平均加样回收率为99．56％（n=6）；精密度RSD=0．95％（n=6）。结论 该方法操作简便、快速、准确。
Objective To establish an HPLC for determination of 2,3,5,4′-teterabydr-oxystibene -2 -O -β-D glucoside in Shuguan Granule. Methods It was carried out on an ODS column （Alhima,5 μ,4.6 mm ×250 mm） using mobile phase of Methanol-water （32： 68） ,and detection wavelength was 320nm. Results The 2,3,5,4′-teterabydroxystibene -2-O -β- D glucoside sample showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0. 165 - 1. 650μg （ r = 0. 999 9 ; n = 6）, the average recovery of the added sample was 99.56% （n = 6） and method precision RSD was 0. 95% （ n = 6）. Conclusion The method was simple, available and accurate.
