摘要
目的建立HPLC测定芪蛭胶囊中2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷含量的方法。方法采用Thermo C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)柱,以乙腈-水(13∶87)为流动相,检测波长320 nm,流速1.0 mL.min-1。结果 2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷在0.017 36～0.173 6μg与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均加样回收率为99.6%。结论本方法操作简便,方法可靠,结果准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为该产品质量控制的方法。
Objective To establish an RP HPLC method to determine 2, 3, 5, 4＇-four hydroxyl styrene-2-O-13-D glucosaminidase in Qizhi Jiaonang. Methods Therrno C18 （200 mm×4.6 mm, 5 um） column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water：-13 ： 87, the detective wavelength was 320 nm, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1. Results The linear range of 2, 3, 5, 4＇-four hydroxyl styrene-2-O-β-D-glucosaminidase was within 0. 017 36-0. 173 6 ug, r=0. 999 9, and the average recovery was 99.6%. Conclusion This method is repeatable, flexibile and highly sensitive, which can be used for the quality control of Qizhi Jiaonang.
