摘要
目的 :探讨肾舒胶囊对家兔系膜增殖性肾炎 (MSPGN)肾小球系膜基质的影响。方法 :建立家兔系膜增殖型肾炎模型 ,将 4 8只家兔随机分为正常对照组 (N组 )、病理对照组 (M组 )、肾舒胶囊 1组 (S1组 )、肾舒胶囊 2组 (S2组 )、卡托普利组 (C组 )、肾舒胶囊 +卡托普利组 (SC组 )分别观察其 2 4小时尿蛋白排泄量、血浆内皮素 (ET)、降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)及肾小球系膜基质的变化。结果 :SC组、S1组、S2组、C组的 2 4h尿蛋白定量血浆ET和系膜基质面积定量均较M组降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,CGRP则升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其中SC组各指标变化最为显著。结论 :肾舒胶囊和卡托普利都能降低尿蛋白 ,调整ET和CGRP的病理性改变 ,减轻肾小球的病理变化 。
Objective: To investigate the effect of ShenShu Capsule on mesangial matrix of mesangial protiferative glomerulonephritis (MSPGN) in rabbits. Methods:Rabbit model of MSPGN was developed. 48 rabbits were randomly divided into following groups; normal controls (group N), pathologic model group (group M) high-dose ShenShu Capsule group (group S1), low-dose ShenShu Capsule group(groupS2), catropril group (group C) and Shenshu capsule+catropril group (group SC). 24-hour excretive quantity of urine protein(EQUP), the plasma endothelin(ET) and calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) were detected by routine method. And then renal pathological changes were evaluated. Results: In comparison groups M, EQUP, ET and area of mesangial matrix in group S1, S2, C and SC were significantly reduced (P<0.05) while CGRP increased (P<0.05), and these changes were most significantl in group SC. Conclusions: ShenShu Capsule and catropril can both reduce the urinary protein, have positive effects on ET and CGRP, and prevent renal pathological injury. The effects will be promoted when they are used together.
