摘要
采用ＤＮＡ原位末端标记法检测９７例不同生存期鼻咽癌患者的细胞凋亡情况并探讨其与鼻咽癌患者预后的关系。结果提示：凋亡细胞在鼻咽癌组织中数目甚少，与预后未见明显关系，不能作为估计鼻咽癌患者预后的指标。
We detected apoptosis in 97 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma of different survival duration by method of TUNEL. Results showed that: apoptotic cells in NPC were much lower. Positive rate is 77.4%. The number of apoptotic cells did not correlate with the prognosis.
