摘要
目的：研究转化生长因子（ＴＧＦ）β１对胃癌细胞原癌蛋白ＢＡＸ表达的影响。方法：ＴＧＦ－β１作用于人胃癌细胞系ＳＧＣ－７９０１，４８ ｈ后收集细胞爬片，用ＳＡＢＣ。免疫组化法检测ＢＡＸ在胃癌细胞中的表达并作图像分析以获得量化指标。结果：胃癌细胞中ＢＡＸ的表达在ＴＧＦ－β１实验组较对照组增加，定量光密度值为：实验组１２０．７７１±０．３０６，对照组１１０．３４６β０．１７８，两者有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：原癌蛋白ＢＡＸ在ＴＧＦ－β１抑制胃癌细胞系ＳＧＣ－７９０１生长的过程中起一定作用。
Background/Aims: To evaluate the effect of transforming growth factor (TGF)-β1 on expression of BAX in gastric carcinoma cells. Methods: After TGF-β1 acting upon human gastric cancer cell SGC- 7901 for 48 hours, the dish climbing glasses of cells were collected and studied with the monoclonal antibody to BAX by immunohistochemical SABC method and imaging analysis. Results: The expression of BAX in gastric carcinoma cells co-cultured with TGF-β1 (A: 120.771±0.306) were significantly in- creased as compared with the controls (A : 110.346 ± 0.178, P< 0.05). Conclusionst The inhibitory effect of TGF-β1 on the growth of gastric carcinoma cells may result from the changed expression of BAX.
