摘要
目的：建立六味安消胶囊中大黄素、大黄酚的含量测定方法。方法：高效液相色谱法（HPLC）。色谱柱：Zorbax Eclipse XDB—C18（4．6mm×150mm，5μ）；柱温25℃；流动相：甲醇-0．1％磷酸（80：20）；检测波长：254nm；流速：1．0mL／min。结果：大黄素在16．2～320ng范围内线性关系良好，回归方程为Y=3．876×10^3X（r=0．9997），平均加样回收率为100．8％，RSD=2．6％（n=5）；大黄酚在31．52～630．4ng范围内线性关系良好，回归方程为Y=4．464×10^3X（r=0．9998），平均加样回收率为98．82％，RSD=1．7％（n=5）。结论：本方法操作简便快速、灵敏度高、结果准确、重现性好，可用于六味安消胶囊的质量控制。
Objective ：To establish a HPLC method to determinate the content of Emodin and Chrysophanol in Liuweianxiao Capsule. Methods ：The analysis was carried on a column of PR - C18 （ Zorbax Eclipse XDB - C18,4.6mm × 150mm ,5μm） at 25℃ ; methanol - 0.1% H3PO4 （ 80：20 ） as mobile phase; the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min; the detection wavelength was 254nm. Results ： A good linearity can be found in the range of 16.2 -320ng （r = 0.9997 ）in Emodin,the average recovery rate was 100.8% , RSD was 2.6% （ n = 5 ）. The Chrysophsnol can be found a good linearity in the range of 31.52 - 630.4ng（ r = 0.9998 ） , the average recovery rate was 98.82%, RSD was 1.7% （n = 5 ）. Conclusion ：This method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used to control the quality of Liuweianxiao Capsule.
