摘要
目的建立一种反相高效液相色谱法测定复方大黄痔疮栓中大黄素、大黄酚含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5um),以甲醇-1%磷酸(85:15)为流动相,流速为1.0ml·min^-1,检测波长为254nm。结果大黄素、大黄酚分别在0.003944—0.03944μg,0.008128~0.08128μg间有良好的线性关系,回收率分别为100.5%及96.6%,RSD分别为0.01%及1.16%(n=6)。结论该方法简单、灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于复方大黄痔疮栓中大黄素、大昔酚的合号测定.
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of the contents of emodin and ehrysophanol in Dahuangzhichuang suppository. Methods The Thermo Kromasil C18 column was used. The mobile phase was CH3 OH - H2O 0.1% phosphorie acid solution(85: 15) ,the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min^-1 and the detection wavelength was at 254nm. Results The linear ranges of emodin and ehrysophanol were at 0. 003 944 - 0.039 44 μg ( r = 0. 999 9 ) , and 0. 008 128 - 0.081 28 μg( 0.999 9 ), the average recoveries were 100.5% (RSD =0.01% ,n =6) and 96.6% (RSD = 1.16% ,n =6) , respectively. Conclusion The method is reliable and accurate.
