锗在鸡蛋中生物富集作用的研究 被引量:5

摘要 150只35周龄父母代蛋鸡随机分成5组,每组30只,第Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组在基础日粮中添加4个梯度剂量Ge-132,对照(V)组仅喂基础日粮。投服Ge-132后第5、10、15、20天时每组随机取鸡蛋8枚并采取相应蛋鸡的血液2.0ml。检测血液、全蛋及蛋黄中的锗含量。试验结果显示:第Ⅰ~Ⅳ组鸡血锗浓度显著高于Ⅴ组(P<0.01),而第Ⅰ~Ⅳ组组间差异并不明显。4种剂量Ce-132。在鸡蛋、蛋白、蛋黄中均产生明显的富集作用,但无明显的有规律的剂量依赖关系,全蛋锗含量范围在43.1701~98.3506μg之间,且与血锗浓度呈现明显的正相关性,相关系数为0.730;临床观察结果表明:饲喂Ge-132后,对蛋鸡的生产性能和健康状况均无不良影响。本试验证实:有机锗能够作为饲料添加剂的成份而应用,依此可以获取具有特定作用价值的富锗鸡蛋,为锗的进一步开发和应用提供了可靠依据。 one hundred and fifty hy -line parent hens aged 35 weeds weredivided into five groups,each group fo 30.The basal diets containingfour terraced closes of Ge-132 were fed the group Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ and Ⅳ respectively and the basal diet was fed the control( Ⅴ )group.At thefifth,tenth,fifteenth and twentieth day after oral administration of Ge -132,eight eggs and 2.0ml whole blood of hens for each grorp weresimultaneously collected. The germanium contents of blood, egg, albumenand yolk were examined. The experimental results showed that bloodgermanium concentrations of hens from grorp Ⅰ to group Ⅳ weresignificantly higher than that of group Ⅴ (P<0.01) . and had nodifferences among group Ⅰ , Ⅱ . Ⅲ ,and Ⅳ . The biological enrichment ofgcrmanium in eggs was significant in the different doses of germaniumfor diets,which was no significant and regular dose-dcpendintrelationship in the experiment.The ranges of germanium contents in wholeeggs were from 41.1701 μg to 98.3506μg por egg,which were significantcorrelafion with the blood germanium concentration in hens (r =0.730). Theobservation of clinical aspects indicated that there were nosignificant influences of Ge -132 on the healthy status and productionperformances of hens.This experiment confirmed that germanium couldused a kind of feed additive and simulfaneously puoduced the riched-germanium eggs acfed as specific uses which could provide the reliablebasis for the development and application of germanium in the future.
